Stacy is a breath educator, coach, and facilitator. The framework for the course utilizes Oxygen Advantage & Buteyko methods, Pranyama, and somatic & embodiment practices.
In my upcoming group coaching, I will help you develop new breathing habits and nervous system patterns for a healthier, happier, more fulfilling, and longer life. We will explore:
Functional breathing-the most optimal way to breathe for your best physical and mental health
Breath retraining-to get back to a healthy way of habitually breathing
Nervous system basics from a Polyvagal lens
Somatic practices to stimulate the vagus nerve and soothe the nervous system
Through this group coaching, you will:
Become more stress resilient
Increase your Energy and focus
Improve sleep & digestion
Learn how to regulate your nervous system
Learn how to regulate your emotions
Learn to integrate breathwork and somatic practices into your daily life
